I'm a daughter, wife, mom, grandma and friend. I love every kind of quilting and I'm a longarm quilter who likes to share her interests. I'd like to be your quilter.

Sunday
Well, here it is. I finished this up on my Singer, thank goodness for a backup machine! The outer border looks so dark here, but it's actually a deep, deep green. The pinks are from my stash, so I did do a little busting with this quilt. I'm going to use the border green for the backing and binding.
I feel like I accomplished a little today. I did this quilt, loaded a customer's quilt on the longarm, and did some applique prep. Now I can relax and enjoy the game and the snacks. I know I'll pay for it tomorrow, but hey-you only live once, right?
I've been going around the ring and it's weird. Hitting next doesn't get me around the whole group. Anyone know why this happens?
I'd like to learn how to put peoples' names in my blog as a link to their sites. I'm going to have to research some more.
Well, that's all for now. I hear a jalopeno popper calling my name. YUM!

If you can't go around the ring by clicking on "Next" then someone has the wrong code on their site. Judy is pretty good about checking this, so hopefully she will contact the person with the bad code.

Sounds like someone borrowed someone elses ring code...
Doesn't it feel good to finish, and in spite of a sick machine!
Eileen, I am glad you have a backup machine too - congratulations on getting another quilt finished.
I love the pinks and greens together. What a beautiful quilt.
The quilt looks great. It is so tricky to get those straight seams to be actually straight, but these surely look it!
a backup machine is always handy! good for you to keep at this quilt.
Happy Valentine's Day, Eileen!
Pretty - I can see cable quilting in the light green bars!
Ohhh, I love that quilt, it is so simple and yet so effective. Thank heavens for the backup machine.
