Stash Quilts logo, etc.

I just went to my blog and noticed that the Stash Quilts logo isn't showing up. I saw the same thing on several others in the ring, but I thought that maybe they had not loaded the new stuff Judy L. sent out. I did load it, and it was fine yesterday. Anybody know what's happened?

Mel at Covered Porches asked about my longarm quite a while back. I've put off talking about it because I don't want anyone to think I'm fishing for business here. Anyway, here goes.
I've had my machine since September of 2000, and opened my doors for business in January of '01. I love doing everyday quilts, but I also fit in some custom work. I'm always on the lookout for new patterns that look like custom, but will not cost people an arm and a leg. I've taken lots of classes, met lots of great people. That's the icing on the cake for me.
I still drive schoolbus, at least for now, because I've gotten into the bad habit of eating and paying bills ;)
So, Mel and anyone else who wanted to know, that's my longarm story. And now, thanks to Judy L. , my little quilting group, and all of you, I've gotten back into piecing.
Have a great day!!!!

it's good to do your own quilt making- glad you are fitting that back into your life!

There's nothing like putting the pieces together - I just wondered what kind of machine you had, do you like it, would you buy it over again if given a 'do over'. No, I never thought you were solciting business-- It's just so interesting when people have one. To use one is a real talent.

If you did the changes she told you to do so the pictures is linked in the proper place, then it should be working.

I think it was just a matter of changing the picture link to
Can you change just that portion so that it reads:
http://www.sunshinequilts.com/JudyLaquidara/stash.JPG

Guess I should go look at mine to be sure but I suspect that some haven't made that change to their blogger template yet.

me again, Eileen. I think I spot the problem. When I click on the dreaded red x for the properties what I see is
http://http://www.sunshinequilts.com/JudyLaquidara/stash.JPG

You've got an extra prefix on the whole deal--drop the first http, colon and back slashes and see what happens on your blogger template once the adjustment to the code is made.

me yet again---that should have a dot.jpg after it. I copied it that way but twice it did not go in the link--hope you got the idea anyway.

Now back to your regular programming, LOL.

Hope you are enjoying the piecing again, as well as the quilting. You know, if we could overcome our bad habits (like eating and having a roof over our heads) we'd have so much more time and money for quilting.

Eileen,

Yeah, Sept 11 was weird here. I didn't feel the need to watch or listen to the 'remembering' coverage -- living here, we cannot forget.

It was great seeing you today! We'll have to do this more often. After all, I do know where you are on a certain Saturday each month!
